Beagleboard Experiments are tried out to load a custom Linux Kernel image to the TI omap based beagle board single board computer(SBC). The 2nd stage loader xloader and the 3rd stage u-boot were also custom built as part of this. The custom ramdisk image creation was another exciting area done as part of this project. The beagleboard-xM Rev C was the board used. The Arm Cortex-A8 based DM3730 controller running at 1GHz, forms the heart of this particular beagleboard.
